ABOUT THE WORK OUTS:


Shine centers around Sun Salutations, that heat up the body, creating energy and vitality for your day ahead. Reflect centers around Moon Salutations, which cool the body, the emotional plane and relax your entire being. Used together, Shine and Reflect keep the body in perfect balance any time of the day.


Sessions always begin with yoga and isometrics to warm up the body, build strength and tone muscle. Then we go right into a cardio blast using a Tabata protocol. Tabata is a short, intense cardio workout, also known as, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We’ll go into more detail about this in the cardio section of this practice guide. The session ends with a 10 breath (visual)ization, a deep breathing exercise I created, that decompresses and reoxygenates your entire body, closing your workout with integrity and presence.
